Delivery Fee
No delivery fees apply; all orders qualify for fast and free shipping.

Shipping locations

  1. Shipping costs apply only to addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  2. We do not deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.


Shipping Methods
All orders will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

 
UPS

Please be aware that most orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days, although some orders may take longer than 8 business days to reach you. In-stock orders are processed promptly, usually on the same day or the following day. However, there may be occasional delays. If your order is in stock, it will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that all timeframes are based on business days.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be charged within 24 hours. Once payment is received, items will be shipped on the next business day. If you order multiple items from different shipping locations, they may be shipped separately, with delivery times ranging from 4 to 8 days depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Some orders may take longer than 10 business days to arrive.

If a shipment is not fulfilled or shipped after the label is created, you have the option to cancel your order or receive partial refunds. Order processing may experience delays due to force majeure, but we strive to process your order promptly whenever possible, weather permitting.

EHHLY takes every reasonable precaution to safeguard products during shipping. Nevertheless, there is a possibility of products sustaining damage during transportation from our shipping center to your homes or businesses. If you receive damaged items, please promptly request a refund or return by selecting the relevant item from "My Orders" within three business days of receiving your package. Please make note of any visible damage such as dents or scratches, and take digital photos to send to EHHLY. Providing photos will assist us in expediting your refund process.

Order Tracking

Each order you place will result in at least two emails being sent to you.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email containing your order details. Additionally, you will receive another Order Acknowledgement email once your item ships. This email includes your order number, carrier information, date and time of order, status, and tracking numbers for any shipped items. To track your shipment and determine its exact location, please visit the official carrier website.

 

Notification

  1. Prior to making payment, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate as this will be the address to which we will ship your order.

  2. We are not responsible for return shipping costs if a product does not meet your expectations or if you place an incorrect order.

  3. UPS will handle dispatch for items weighing less than 150 lbs, while items exceeding 150 lbs will be shipped via truck.

  4. Please note that Covid-19 may lead to delays in delivery.
