User Agreement

EHHLY.com is a direct-to-consumer online shopping store, and the following outlines the terms under which EHHLY grants you access to our services.

Application and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, a customer refers to any individual accessing our services, regardless of registration status. A customer user encompasses the person utilizing this Site and any legal entity represented by such person under actual or apparent authority.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement as a User. Your access or use of this Site, including any upgrades, modifications, additions, or changes, binds you to this Agreement. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, please refrain from using this Site.

This Agreement applies to each Premium Service (as defined below) along with any specific terms and conditions applicable to such Premium Service. In the event of a conflict between provisions, resolution shall favor our company unless otherwise expressly provided. The provisions of specific Premium Service terms and conditions prevail where conflicts or inconsistencies cannot be resolved.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement by posting the amended version on the Site, effective immediately upon posting. The last amendment occurred on December 5th, 2011. Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the amended terms, which may only be modified in writing by an authorized officer.

General Users

Users may utilize this Site solely for personal or internal purposes. Each User agrees not to copy, reproduce, or download any EHHLY.com Content for resale or redistribution, mass mailing, operating competing businesses, or commercial exploitation. Unauthorized retrieval of EHHLY.com Content for collection or compilation is prohibited, as is any use of content beyond the scope of this Agreement.

Messages or information sent via the Site's communication systems, emails, fax, or letters obtained from the Site shall not be disseminated arbitrarily or maliciously.

We reserve the right to alter Site access and features for different Users without notice. Users acknowledge that inability to fully use the Site may impact their business.

Users must not undermine system integrity or gain unauthorized access to computer systems or networks.

Users must review and accept our Privacy Policy governing information protection and use, subject to updates.

Users must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights using the EHHLY.com service.

Registered Users

Registered Users have filled out an online registration form and consent to their data inclusion in our Global Buyer Database, shared with other Users.

We may suspend or terminate Registered Users' Accounts or Email Accounts with notice under specified conditions.

Registered Users shall not misuse Email Accounts or engage in unauthorized account transfers.

We reserve the right to refuse registration to any User.

Transactions between Buyers and Customers

Customers are advised to verify information and assume risks associated with transactions conducted through the Site.

We are responsible for transaction terms, including payment, returns, and warranties.

We release customers from claims arising from transaction disputes.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided as-is, without warranties or guarantees.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site.

Order Acceptance Policy

Order confirmation does not signify acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline orders or supply fewer items than ordered.

Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors and issue credits for such cancellations.

General

Invalid provisions shall be removed, and the remaining provisions enforced.
